About us

C.E.R.E.S. sprl was founded 2005 right in the heart of the European Union, in Brussels, to serve as think tank for a common European energy strategy.

President of C.E.R.E.S is Dr. Rolf Linkohr, former member of the EU Parliament. Additonal shareholders of C.E.R.E.S. are Fritz Gautier, formerly executive director of German energy companies and member of the Bundestag, and Dietmar Dürr, Managing Director of the Energy Policy Consultancy Inagendo GmbH. Isabelle Babak serves as secretary general for C.E.R.E.S.
