Seminar on Carbon Capture and Storage, 13 May 2007, Brussels

This seminar was organised by C.E.R.E.S. and held in cooperation with the Representation of the Land Brandenburg to the EU. 25 experts from the European Parliament, the European Commission and the Energy Industry came together to discuss the political, technical and financial aspects of Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS). The seminar was followed by a Dinner-Debate with around 100 guests.

Seminar on European Energy Strategy, 5 December 2007, Brussels

This seminar was organised by C.E.R.E.S. and Confrontations Europe. Thirty experts from the European Commission, the Energy Industry and Associations as well as Academic and Research organisations were invited. The aim of this semiar was to brainstrom on important issues such as security of supply, climate change and foreign energy policy as well as to intellectually prepare a bigger European conference on energy to be held in Paris on

27th and 28th March 2008 (draft programme will be available soon).
